These practices support reconnection with deep body memories through softness and mindful awareness in movement to accompany your every muscle, breath, and heartbeat.
It is an invitation to slow down and feel more, awakening the wisdom of the senses.
Building the capacity to be with the body’s felt sense through movement, one may discover soul gifts blossoming from within the tender wound.

VinYasa Yoga
Build inner awareness and capacity to be with sensation in this hour of yoga asana aligning breath and movement. The movement supports structural alignment and coherence in body and mind through building flexibility, strength, and presence.
